West African Dance and Drumming is back!! WEST AFRICAN DANCE~ Experience the traditions of Ivorian and Guinean African Dance! “To take our regular African dance class, you’ll be giving yourself traditional medicine. Try JAZZERCISE at City Health Club! SATURDAYS in JANUARY, 8:30-9:30AM!!Jazzercise is the world’s largest dance fitness program. With over 35 years of experience, Jazzercise knows how to keep you motivated and get you fit! Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements all carefully choreographed to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. FREE for CHC Members!
LAST CALL FOR BOOT CAMP! This Thursday will conclude the initial 6-week Boot Camp course taught by Drew Gross of Xtreme Fitness. Come try it out! Boot Camp combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training with the addition and motivation of working in a group with different levels of fitness. The ever-changing workouts emphasize abdominal and lower back areas, push-ups, medicine and Swiss ball training,and cardiovascular training.

And for another, intense, whole-body workout, try the Whole Body Strength and Cardio Blast on Tuesdays at 6:30 and Saturdays at noon!

About City Health Club
Whatever you're looking for in a health and fitness regimen, you'll find it here. Our full service health club combines a full range of fitness and exercise equipment and facilities with professional trainers, personally tailored programs, and group health and fitness classes.
Our club also provides a friendly, motivating and energizing environment for your physical activities. Your fellow members and our trained professionals are both on hand to guide and support you.
We also provide the solution to a common stumbling block to regular exercise: The Weather! Here you can exercise whenever you choose without regard to outside temperature and weather conditions. Our club is also a safe place to exercise featuring an accredited emergency response plan and employees trained in CPR and first aid.
Why Exercise?
Regular exercise improves your health in a number of ways. When performed on most days of the week, regular physical activity reduces the risk of developing such things as high blood pressure and diabetes and reduces your risk of dying from heart disease. Not only does regular exercise help control weight, it also helps build and maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles as well as promote psychological well-being.
