About City Health Club

At City Health Club our goal is to provide a refreshingly positive workout experience and change the way you view health clubs.

Whatever you’re looking for in a health and fitness regimen, you’ll find it here. Our full service health club combines a full range of fitness and exercise equipment and facilities with professional trainers, personally tailored programs, and group health and fitness classes.

Just as importantly, City Health Club provides a friendly, non-competitve, energizing and empowering environment for all of your wellness activities. We welcome people of all ages, sizes and abilities, and we take great pride in our ongoing commitment to provide our members with the tools and support they need to change their lives.

Off To The Right Start

Upon joining, members receive a free orientation session with a staff member. We make sure your program gets off to the right start by teaching you how to use the equipment and gearing your program towards your goals. The more comfortable and familiar you are with the equipment and the club, the more you’ll use it. The more you use it, the better you feel.

Whatever you’re looking for in a health and fitness regimen, you’ll find it here. Our full service health club combines a full range of fitness and exercise equipment and facilities with professional trainers, personally tailored programs, and group health and fitness classes. You can access as many or as few of the organized programs as you choose while still having use of our extensive equipment.

Our club also provides a friendly, motivating and energizing environment for your physical activities. Your fellow members and our trained professionals are both on hand to guide and support you. If a class atmosphere works for you, we offer dozens of regularly scheduled fitness and exercise programs.

We also provide the solution to a common stumbling block to regular exercise: The Weather! Here you can exercise whenever you choose without regard to outside temperature and humidity. Our club is also a safe place to exercise featuring an accredited emergency response plan and employees trained in CPR and first aid.
