Summer's ending and so are our summer hours. Regular hours begin Monday, September 13:
Monday-Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We will be closing at noon on Labor Day.

ZUMBA!!! Join the party at City Health Club! Zumba, a fusion of Latin and International dance and music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system, is coming to City Health. Certified Zumba instructor Felipe Rivera leads this caliente cardio workout! Watch for additions to the Group Fitness Schedule.
Try JAZZERCISE at City Health Club! Jazzercise is the world’s largest dance fitness program. Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements all carefully choreographed to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. FREE for CHC Members!
PILATES! Stretch and strengthen with Ellen on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. and with Margery on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon. Mats provided... bring your core!
