Stretch Yoga
Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.

Group Yoga

Tai Chi/Qi Gong
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are practiced for health and fitness, sport and spiritual benefits. Our martial arts programs will challenge your muscles, coordination, balance, cardiovascular system and mind. Our classes combine an aerobic workout while teaching self-defense.

Boot Camp w/ Drew Gross!
People of all ages, body types, and level of fitness can benefit from Boot Camp.  Whether you want to lose weight, regain flexibility, develop speed, improve your overall daily health, or you want to look your best for your special event (i.e. vacation, wedding, reunion, etc.), personal training is an activity that will continue to give benefits for years to come!

Boot Camp combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training with the addition and motivation of working in a group with different levels of fitness.  The ever-changing workouts emphasize abdominal and lower back areas, push-ups, medicine and Swiss ball training, and cardiovascular training.  

Pilates
Develop core strength through sequences of exercises in this popular mat class. Pilates movements strengthen and tone muscle, improve posture, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. Basic, intermediate, and advanced levels offered.

Full Circuit Body Conditioning
A butt-kicking combo of cardio exercises, strength training and awesome music infused with fun and energy!

SilverSneakers MS & ROM
City Health Club is the only area club to offer the award-winng Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength and Range of Motion (MS & ROM) Fitness Program, a proven, results-oriented program that enables older adults, often burdened with chronic conditions, to take charge of their health and maintain an active, independent lifestyle.
    SilverSneakers members receive:

West African Dance
Experience the traditions of Ivorian and Guinean African Dance! “To take our regular African dance class, you’ll be giving yourself traditional medicine. Zumba
Is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.Easy-to-follow moves create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!

Jazzercise
Burn up to 600 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout. Every Jazzercise group fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn.

Choreographed to today's hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Start dancing yourself fit and change the shape of your body today!

Step and Stretch with Marcia
An energizing aerobic workout followed by a stretching routine that will help you return to your pre-exercise state safely.
