Personal Training

Personal training can be a great way to begin a commitment to lifelong wellness, introducing concepts, activities, methods, and current research. If you are already a active perrsonal training can replace your tired old routine with something engagingly fresh and effective.

Our Personal Training programs are designed jumpstart your fitness routine and start you on track for a lifelong commitment to wellness. You and your personal trainer will design a program that will work for you and address all aspects of fitness, health and wellness. First, you will participate in a comprehensive fitness assessment and body composition analysis. Armed with this information, you will intelligently set reasonable, achievable goals, break them down, and map out how you will achieve them. Your program can be modified to two, three or four day per week meeting with your trainer. Adjustments will be made to your program as needed.

Intelligent, goal-oriented personal training keeps you steadily progressing. It triggers your internal motivation and helps you over the down-times. It presents you with periodic, mutually agree upon changes in programming to keep you mentally engaged and appropriately challenged. The key is you- and a talented, creative trainer who cares, listens and responds.

Personal training is available to the members of City Health Club. Our trainers are nationally certified and experienced in many fields of fitness and wellness, from strength and cardiovascular training, sports performance and core based training.

Senior Programs

Lower impact doesn’t mean lower benefits! We offer fitness programs and classes specifically designed for seniors that can meet your needs through reduced impact activities. Our programs will help seniors improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and coordination. Men and women of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Stay healthy and fit with us while making some new friends.




Performance Training

Achieve the highest in sports performance enhancement with our club’s approach to athlete preparation. Our highly qualified staff ensures success through state-of-the-art training equipment and programs. Our training programs also offer education in performance training. If you need to increase your endurance, speed, agility, power or body control when it comes to sports performance, our performance training is for you.
